Funerals

“Death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal.”
My own personal experience taught me the enormous help and support a Celebrant can be. I found their help and guidance at such a very difficult, painful time absolutely invaluable.
This is a very challenging, emotional time. so let me ease the burden. Working with you and your family, I will create a memorable service for your loved one that truly reflects who they really were; capturing their personality and essence. The ceremony can be whatever you feel is the most appropriate - traditional, contemporary, formal, or informal. We can incorporate as much religious, or non-religious content as you decide, bearing in mind what your deceased loved-one would have wanted. Together, we’ll plan the eulogy, the music, prayers if you want, and I’ll conduct the service in a way that totally reflects your wishes.

Memorials and Celebration of Life Services

"When a loved one fades into memory, the memory itself becomes priceless”

What is a memorial service? A memorial service, or a celebration of life service, is held after, or sometimes instead of, a funeral service. These services can take place on any date that you would like, such as your loved one's birthday or the anniversary of their death. It can be held at any time that you decide following the funeral.
Memorial services are led by a celebrant rather than a Minister of Religion and often allow each guest to participate to some level. These services provide an opportunity to truly celebrate your loved one’s passions, pursuits, personality, and personal accomplishments. There is no set structure – the event can be anything you want.
I will work with you to ensure the memorial service reflects your loved one, who they were, and what they meant to you and your family.
